My Fairy Magic School - Book Review!

When I was given this book for a review, by the way it is a part of this year's John Lewis Christmas offering, I knew instantly Isabelle would love it as it is about fairies, and she loves anything that has to do with fairies. It's a beautiful glittering pop-up book which tells us a story about Petal, Poppy, Rose and Acorn and their way to the Spectacular Spell Competition at a magical fairy school.

The story is well written by Louise Comfort and we also loved the illustrations by Maggie Bateson. There is a page with press-out fairies and accessories, which you can keep in a special satchel inside the book. There is also a little surprise in there....shhhh I will tell you, a mini magic wand, but don't tell anyone! I am sure that every little fairy could spend hours playing with this book, exploring all the sparkly rooms the magic castle has. I think playing with this book encourages your child's creativity and imagination. It's also great as we can take it with us when seeing Isabelle's friends and they can also enjoy playing together. It could be a perfect Christmas gift for your little princess. For more information or to buy go to the John Lewis website.
