I cannot express how happy I am that my kind of laziness has gone and I am back to my running and actually enjoying it. I have done a few things like changing the route, and instead of running for 60 minutes I do around 45mins, but 3 times a week instead of twice.
I haven't been to my spinning classes for ages, and am not planning to do until Isabelle starts school at the end of September. I really miss the classes, but the timing is just not great, and I always have to rush back to pick her up from school at 11.45, sometimes when the class starts a bit later I even miss the stretching afterwards...which isn't the right thing to do. Also as it is getting hotter, I just feel like going for a run instead is much better, easier and more convenient for me.
On Sunday morning I woke up early and when daddy took Isabelle swimming, I went for my run. As it was just after 9am, there was nobody outside, I was really enjoying listening to the birds singing and loving the sunshine. I realised my love for running is back and I am sooooo happy for it.
