I cannot believe that almost a year ago I started my Fitness Tuesday (20/7/2010). It is funny to go back and look at how many people wanted to be involved at the beginning, and how many are involved these days, but that's not the most important thing to me. I am so proud I managed to record my fitness progress week by week. Especially, as one day I will be reading the posts about how I was training for the London Marathon, how I felt, how desperately I wanted to get to the finish line, and I did and am very proud of it.
Not all of you are crazy about running like me, but we were trying to encourage each other to do at least some kind of exercise to keep fit, which is very important even for mums, there is no excuse, as everybody can so some exercises even at home, and that was what we were focusing in the first few weeks.
From twitter (@Kahanka) I know that there were a few of you, mostly tweeting about your progress, which resulted in not many people commenting, but you know what, I don't mind. I am very happy to have the progress of my fitness tracked here and am looking for more wonderful weeks and posts about keeping fit.
