This week, I am giving you a short video how you can keep fit while playing with your children at a playground. It is important to keep them also involved in helping you keep fit, and there is nothing easier than enjoying some climbing and running around with your little ones. We had a great time with Isabelle and her cousin, who is currently visiting us!

Last week went well, but put my back out last night and can now barely walk. So not sure when the run will be :(
