A while ago I was sent the Zumba Fitness for a review. From following my Fitness Tuesday you know I was very excited about Zumba a while ago, until I went to check out a Zumba class at my local leisure centre. That was a fiasco, and for the first time in my life I left a fitness class in the middle.
Since then I have had a few conversations about zumba on twitter, and many people have suggested the instructor was the reason why the lesson was so bad. Anyway, when I was sent the dvds, I was excited again, and Isabelle and my niece Caroline were too.
And what did we think about it? I think it's brilliant you can learn all the steps separately, at your own speed. All the basic steps are slowly and clearly explained and showed, and even my 4 year old Isabelle followed the instructions without any difficulties, just check out the video.
And what did we get?
- Zumba Fitness Basics and 20-minute express
- Zumba Fitness Sculpt & Tone
- Zumba Fitness Cardio Party
- bonus DVD - Zumba Fitness live and Flat abs and total-body transformation guide
- bonus toning sticks
I can tell you, that I don't usually do any exercises according to dvds in front of a telly, but this can be a great start for learning Zumba at your own pace. I will definitely be spending more time doing so after our long holidays at my parents' weekend house in the Czech Republic.

We just got Zumba on kinect and are loving it! :)
